Decorations

Browse through our collection of home decorations to find some delightful additions to beautify your home. Our home decorations will add a touch of elegance that is unique to the spirit of Yarn. Our collection of home decorations include recycled paper decorations for the holiday season, serving boards, bin stickers and ceramic pots.

Decorations with Indigenous designs

Choose one of our paper star sets to decorate your home or Christmas tree this holiday season. These beautiful stars are made out of handmade recycled cotton paper, so they will make for a great sustainable choice. Choose from two of our options that feature different variations of colour palettes and patterns, to match any theme you are after. Our range of beautiful ceramic pots is from a small Indigenous owned brand called Deadly Dot Pots. Each pot is hand-painted with love by Mandy the owner, and while some convey unique stories about the incredible wildlife and
natural landscapes of Australia, others communicate thoughts about the importance of family and culture. Deadly Dot Pots also offers a beautiful range of wooden serving boards that are also hand painted individually.

Bindigenous and Deadly Dot Pots

We also have a range of bin stickers from Bindigenous, also a small Indigenous owned business. Ang Bennett the owner of Bindigenous is an Indigenous artist passionate about transforming the community’s perception and attitude towards waste reduction and recycling. Indigenous stickers are perfectly appropriate to be used outdoors, thanks to the clear laminate each of them is coated in, which offer UV protection. They have stickers that come in yellow, red and green and are designed to be used for 240-litre bins. Check with your local council of their rules and guidelines regarding additions to their bins, and if appropriate grab one of these to help support small Indigenous businesses.
