Social Media Manager - Copywriter

What should you expect from the role?
Through this highly dynamic role you will be working in a team to manage our social media accounts and content creation. The role has plenty to offer so if you are one of those kinds of people who enjoys a different day every day, this is your opportunity.

Your daily tasks: 

  • Produce engaging content for organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok & Pinterest.
  • Write and produce engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Influencer management (For key campaigns or digital advertising objectives)
  • Update content calendars and provide reports on current activity
  • Monitor social data and analytics. 
  • You can also help with photoshoot planning and model styling if you’re interested in this.

 

Our ideal candidate: 

  • Excellent communicator who loves working collaboratively.  
  • At least 2+ years in a similar agency or in-house role.
  • Experience in managing organic social media platforms.
  • Excellent writer with a strong handle on grammar and an ability to write in a short form, conversational style 
  • Has the capacity to write clear, creative and engaging copy without spelling mistakes.
  • Keeps up to date with social media trends 


IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Photo and video editing skills.

Production Artist and Mockup Designer

Yarn Marketplace is seeking a skilled Production Artist and Mockup Designer to join our team. As a Production Artist and Mockup Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel, as well as other production tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales representatives to create high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel based on client specifications.
  • Communicate with clients through email and phone conversations to ensure their vision is executed in all designs and to discuss realistic options for realizing that vision.
  • Work with clients and account managers to ensure mockups meet their expectations
  • Produce and prepare production-ready artwork files for our print and decoration departments
  • Prepare and review proofs for accuracy
  • Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records of all artwork files and revisions
  • Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Artist and Mockup Designer or similar role
  • Have the graphic designing skills required to design mockups, vector graphics, logo editing, etc.
  • Be customer service oriented
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of production processes and file preparation for print and embroidery
  • Understanding of color theory and print production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
