Proud Yued Noongar artist, Jessica Begg draws inspiration from her family, the native flora of the Yued region, the heat in the summer, the Moore River and the meeting places in between. Her distinctive contemporary style is her interpretation of her culture through an unrestricted palette and traditional shapes.
This stunning range of homewares is Aussie made, printed and sewn locally by our team in Meanjin (Brisbane). Made from a top-quality flax linen blend, these tea towels are a bright and breathy addition to any kitchen.

Care Instructions: Gentle machine wash with similar colours, line dry in shade, cool iron on reverse.

Mika
Mika means 'Moon' in the Noongar language. In most Aboriginal cultures the moon represents a man and the sun, a woman. This piece represents my great grandfather and in light of learning more about him and the hardships he suffered from being an Aboriginal man.
