Disappointed
I recently purchased a number of items from yarn (around 12 products) unfortunately only 1 product turned up- a calendar. When I contacted customer service they apologised and said they would fix the issue but only another calendar arrived! When I contacted again they said most of the other items were now out of stock so issued a refund. This took almost a month of back and forth communication to find out and I ended up with no Christmas gifts. It was disappointing and turned me off using the company again as I found it unprofessional.
Fantastic blouses
I bought 2 blouses, they fitted beautifully, the material is really nice very good quality nice soft fabric and doesn't crease. The designs are fantastic always get comments when I wear your polo shirts and blouses. Delivery was prompt when they where able to get them in and notified me as soon as they became available. Thanks Yarn
