EXPRESS SHIPPING
Cost: $17.95 (Orders under 15kg)
Delivery Time: Australian Express Shipping is estimated up to 3 business day for dispatch, 1-3 business days for transit to Metropolitan areas or up to 5 business days for remote areas.
* Express shipping is unavailable for orders over 15kg. A custom freight quote will be provided after checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Cost: Calculated at checkout by Australia Post.
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply when your parcel enters your destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer to pay at the time of delivery.

Delivery Process:
We ship orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We are closed on QLD and Brisbane public holidays. We aim to dispatch your orders as fast as possible. Occasionally, there may be slight delays during new collection releases, NAIDOC Week, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Click & Collect for Christmas
Place your order by December 22 for collection on December 23. Orders must be collected on December 23 or after our Christmas break.
We offer local pick up during the checkout process for collection from our Brisbane warehouse. Orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours, but we ask that you not arrive before receiving the confirmation email.
Orders received before 8:00AM will be ready for pick up same day. Orders received after this time will be prepared the following business day. Please ensure you have your order number ready for collection. Orders not collected within one month will be cancelled and refunded.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM-4PM. Our warehouse address for pickup is:

Returns
PLEASE NOTE: The returns process can take a number of days. This includes the time it takes for your returned item to be shipped back to us and then 1-2 days for processing after the delivery has arrived at our warehouse.
What items are returnable?
- Any item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (*excludes Yarn Gallery artwork).
- Items must be in original and resalable condition, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached. You are welcome to try items on, but they must show no signs of wear.
- Items must be free from perfume, makeup, fake tan, body odour, smoke, pet hair, or any other marks or scents.
*Yarn Gallery artwork must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your shipment; you must contact a customer representative to arrange associated postage/courier costs.
What items are excluded from returns?
- Any item that does not meet the above criteria: outside of required timeframe, showing signs of use, wear, stains, odours, or marks.
- Any item that has not been packaged securely for return transit and is damaged, creased, marked, or otherwise affected as a result.
- The below items are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please note if the item is faulty, it is of course exempt from this rule.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Earrings
- Face masks
- Bedding: quilt covers and sheet sets
- Swimwear
What if an item is faulty?

If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault, including photos and/or a short video. One of our friendly customer service representatives will be in touch with you.
Normal Refunds
- Refunds are processed once your return has been received and processed.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrectly received.
Store Credit
- Store credits are processed once your return has been received and processed.
- Store credits are issued to the email address used to place the original order. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear. You can also monitor the tracking for your return to know when your credit is due to be issued.
- Store credits do not have an expiry date.
- If you wish to cancel your store credit and receive a refund, please contact a customer service agent for assistance.
Are there any charges for return?
- Returns are self paid, we only provide a label with our return address.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you have received the INCORRECT items.
How do I return?
Simply enter your order number and email address into the Returns Portal below, follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. You will be provided with a generic label with our return address, please note returns are self paid. Please securely package your return and print and attach this to your package option at home or at the post office.
