STORY - Bunuru

Bunuru
Bunuru, the Noongar season from February to March, is the hottest time of the year. During this period, hot easterly winds persist, often tempered by a refreshing sea breeze in the afternoons. Traditionally, this was an ideal time for living and fishing along the coast, rivers, and estuaries. Bunuru is also known for its striking white flowers, with white flowering gums like jarrah, marri, and ghost gums in full bloom.
