Promoter
The competition is conducted by Regal Sportswear Pty Ltd (ABN: 46 153 432 154).
Address: 12 Breene Place, Morningside 4170 QLD. 
Hereafter referred to as the Promoter.

Competition Period
Commencement Date: 12:01am AEST on 28/11/2025
Closing Date: 11:59pm AEST on 28/11/2025

Who Can Enter (Entrant)
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

How to Enter
To enter the competition, customers must (during the Promotion Period):
Make a purchase on Yarn Marketplace.
Be subscribed to the Yarn email newsletter at time of entry.
Each completed transaction constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible.

Prize Details
There will be five (5) winners selected at random.
Each winner will receive a refund equal to the total amount paid for their Winning Transaction. The refund will be issued in AUD and back to the original payment method used at time of purchase. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no other components or variations are offered.

Draw and Winner Selection
This competition is fair and equal. Winners will be selected by random electronic draw from eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Winners must provide valid proof of purchase of the Winning Transaction. If proof is not provided, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

Winner Notification & Unclaimed Prize
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s offices at 12 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170 within five (5) business days of the Closing Date.
Winners will be notified via email using the email address associated with the Winning Transaction.
If a winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of being notified, a redraw will be conducted.

Additional Conditions
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, disqualify any entry that is incomplete, false or fraudulent, or cancel, suspend or modify the competition if required by law or due to circumstances outside its control.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Yarn’s Privacy Policy.
