How to make a claim?
Making a claim is simple and we are here to help you through every step of the process.
Contact us via phone, email or our website live chat. Have your Protection Plan Certificate, email address and Yarn account details ready.
If we no longer carry the product you are wanting to replace, we will arrange a suitable replacement of the same value and similar design.
All replacements will receive FREE SHIPPING.
The Protection Plan only covers replacements not refunds. Only valid for clothing items. Excludes all skin care, hair care, homewares and miscellaneous items.
You can only file a claim once per product within your protection period.
The Protection Plan is only valid for new products purchased with a Protection Plan, the Plan is not transferable. Protection Plan documents will be sent to you via email after your purchase is complete.
Your consumer rights:
We recognise that Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are important and cannot be limited or excluded. The rights under Product Care® plan are in addition to Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. You are not required to pay for Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in Your Product Care® plan excludes, restricts or modifies Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more details please refer to the Terms and Conditions Annexure 'A' which is a table that compares Your existing rights under the Australian Consumer Law with Your additional rights under Product Care®.
