PROMOTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, promotions, discounts, and free gift campaigns run by Yarn, unless otherwise stated.

By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

Each promotion is valid for a limited time only, as specified on the website, email, or advertisement.

Yarn reserves the right to extend or end a promotion at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

Promotions are available to retail customers only and may exclude wholesale, bulk, or corporate orders unless otherwise stated.

Promotions are valid while stocks last.

4. Pricing and Discounts

Discounts apply only to selected items as specified.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes, or bundles
  • discounts are not transferable or redeemable for cash

If a discount code is required, it must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Discount levels and product inclusion may vary. Items not included in the promotion will be sold at their regular price. Promotions apply to selected items only unless expressly stated otherwise. References to product categories in promotional material are indicative only and do not guarantee that all items within that category are included in the promotion.

4.1 Bundle and Multi-Buy Offers

For bundle promotions (including “Any 2 for $X” or similar offers):

  • offers apply to selected items only, as marked or advertised on the website
  • only eligible products included in the promotion will contribute toward the offer
  • items must be purchased in the required quantity within a single transaction to qualify
  • discounts will be applied automatically at checkout where conditions are met

If an order is returned and no longer meets the bundle requirements, the discount will be removed and the remaining item(s) will revert to the full retail price. Bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes unless otherwise stated. 

Products not included in the promotion will not count toward bundle eligibility, even if they are within the same category.

5. Free Gift with Purchase

Where a promotion includes a free gift:

  • the free gift must be manually added to your cart at checkout to be included in your order
  • eligibility is based on the final order value at checkout, excluding shipping unless otherwise stated
  • if the free gift is not added to the cart at the time of purchase, it will not be included after the order is placed
  • free gifts are subject to availability and may be removed or substituted if stock runs out
  • free gifts are not redeemable for cash, credit, or exchange

If an order is returned and no longer meets the promotion requirements, the free gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund. 

Free gifts are available while stocks last and will not be backordered, substituted beyond reasonable alternatives, or issued after a promotion has ended.

Yarn reserves the right to not supply a free gift where the promotion conditions have not been met.

6. Minimum Spend Offers

For promotions requiring a minimum spend:

  • the minimum spend must be met in a single transaction based on the final cart value at checkout
  • shipping costs are excluded unless otherwise stated
  • if items are returned and the order falls below the minimum spend, any promotional benefit may be reversed or adjusted

7. Order Cancellations and Returns

If an order using a promotion is cancelled or refunded, the promotional discount or benefit will no longer apply.

Refunds will be processed based on the amount actually paid.

All returns remain subject to Yarn’s Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

8. Availability and Errors

All promotions are subject to stock availability. Yarn reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

If a promotion is applied incorrectly due to a technical or pricing error, Yarn may cancel or adjust the order and issue a refund if required.

9. Misuse

Yarn reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict orders where a promotion is used in a way that is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.

10. Changes to Promotions

Yarn may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

12. Interpretation

Yarn reserves the right to determine eligibility for all promotions at its discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms.
