Rebecca Shae
Ngadjuri Woman
I’m Rebecca ~ a proud Ngadjuri woman, born and raised on Gubbi Gubbi Country. I’m a mama of five, a former vet nurse, and an intuitive artist with a wild, gentle heart. I’m a little chaotic, deeply caring, and forever guided by feeling, spirit, and story.
Satori Art Co was born in a season of awakening ~ a time when I was quietly unravelling everything I thought I had to be, and slowly returning to the woman I’d always been. Art came into my life as a form of healing. What began as therapy became a way of remembering… a language of emotion, culture, energy, and soul.
My work is contemporary Aboriginal art ~ soft, spiritual, and layered with meaning. It’s not about getting it perfect, it’s about painting what’s true. I create intuitively, led by energy, emotion, and connection rather than plan or structure. Every dot, line and shape tells a story ~ sometimes mine, sometimes yours, but always guided by something deeper.
Through my art, I explore themes of identity, motherhood, resilience, stillness, and the sacred bond between land and spirit. Each piece is made to hold space ~ to honour the quiet, the chaos, and the beauty of becoming.
