These vibrant wool rugs can be used as beautiful floor covering or wall hanging. They feature a cotton canvas non-slip backing and hanging sleeve.
They are handcrafted using a technique called Gabba. The ancient technique of chain-stitches a traditional Kashmiri handicraft is important to the local economy. This work is produced in remote villages and provides an important supplementary income between harvests and other rural work.
Please note: This product is handmade so the artwork may differ slightly from the images.

- play space
- table runners
- quality textile
- woollen yarn
This art is a quality textile we have love in our home. The children happily take their shoes off to play on it and show they appreciate the beauty it brings into our home. The cushion covers and table runners complement the rug and are made out of the same high-quality textile. The children are proud of beautiful their play space. It inspires their creativity.
It makes me happy every morning, the colours and the story makes me think of the ancient history this land has. Also when you walk bare feet on the rug you can feel the wonderful softness of the woollen yarn which on cold days really warm your feet.
