Wattleseed (Acacia victoriae) is a small native Australian seed with a unique coffee/chocolate flavour with nutty undertones. My Dilly Bag grinds and roasts the wattleseed to give it extra nutty, deep flavour.
Uses: Can be added to baked sweets, sauces, casseroles or as an addition to chocolate.
