Directions: Calm Balm - Warm a small amount in the palm of your hand or fingertips, apply the balm evenly on the body - including the face, pressure points or soles of the feet - and gently massage the balm into the skin. Soap - lather body with soap and water, and then rinse. Lip Balm - apply to lips.
