Bitja Mulana means “fire spirit” in Yorta Yorta language and represents the strong voice of our people and communities in the continuing journey of fighting for injustices and self-determination. The strength and respect we must show to all and the unity and solidarity of the broader community to come together with First Nations people with a united voice, standing for truth and change. It represents an unapologetic proudness of who we are, where we come and the journeys we and our ancestors have taken.
