Story: Bush Food
This painting represents women gathering bush foods on Warlpiri country. They hunt for a number of different bush foods including witchetty grubs, honey ants, bush bananas, bush beans and desert truffle among many others. Traditionally digging sticks were charred and ground on a stone surface to create a bevelled edge. Today Warlpiri women use crowbars to dig for bush foods.

I love the colours of this top which are as vibrant as on the website. The top falls well over jeans and skirts and looks good tucked in for a sleeker link.
I love these tops. I wear them to work like a uniform. I just wish that the discounts offered worked on the website.
Haven’t used it yet as it is not quite warm enough in WA but can’t wait to wear them, the material is so soft and item is so well made
