"Sea Lifestyle"

The front of the shirt is a depiction of the Torres Strait Sea Living and water management. Shown here are various water totems like dugongs, turtles and shellfish. The man/woman/child represent family healing and the headdress symbolizes the old ways.

"Backburn Healing"

The back of this years NAIDOC shirt is showing Land Management Dreaming. The Traditional Warriors/Rangers are doing a "Backburn" in order to prevent bushfires and make fresh growth. The dot circle represents the main waterhole where the native animals look for shelter from the heat.

Fantastic shirt

I love my shirt and wore it to school. My students thought it was great too. Thank you so much. (i bought one for my little girl and it was a bit tight - she was devastated. She's 4 years old and i bought size 6, but still a bit small)

Blackburn Healing - Sea Lifestyle

I found my purchase to be of high quality & the texture of the fabric is so soft & knowing that it was made from recycled bottles makes it even special ….. The artwork is also amazing, thank you to the artist involved.
