Rise together

I purchased this item because I liked the pattern and the nadoc logo was small and subtle on the front. When I received it I found there was a second, huge logo on the back. On 13th June I wrote asking to exchange the shirt for one without a logo at all. I have had no feedback at all. Can you assist?
