Pure Ochres brand new bottles are not your average water bottle; they are insulated and feature an insertable infuser. This allows you to add any number of water flavourings without your drinking experience being affected. On hot days flavour you water with lemon, cucumber and other fruits, and in cold weather try brewing honey, lemon, ginger or your favourite tea using a tea bag. These stainless steel double walled bottles are copper plate insulated, and will keep your drinks hot or cold for up to 12 hours.

These bottles are designed in Australia and feature gorgeous designs by Indigenous artists from Warlukurlangu Artists, an art centre based in the remote community of Yuendumu. Their unique artworks tell stories of the culture and Country of Central Australia.

Digitally printed in Meanjin (Brisbane).

PLEASE NOTE: These drink bottles are NOT dishwasher safe. Please hand wash them with warm soapy water.

This painting shows Mina Mina Jukurrpa, a Dreamtime story. The story contains important information about the different roles that men and women play in Warlpiri culture, particularly in the context of ritual performances. It alludes to an earlier time in which their ritual and social roles were reserved. Women were the ones that controlled sacred objects and weapons which are now exclusively owned by men. The sinuous lines represent snakevine, the circles are desert truffle and the wavy lines are similar to the shapes of the hairstring skirts that the women would wear.
